What non-toxic products do you use?

We use Branch Basics which is non-toxic, safe for pets/children, and A-rated by the EWG. For disinfecting, we use a peroxide-based disinfectant which is also non-toxic. Peroxide is effective at killing bacteria, fungi, mold spores, and viruses (including SARS-CoV-2)!

Can you just use my products?

We prefer to ensure our non-toxic promise by using products that our squad brings. For laundry and dishes services, we do use the products you already have at home. However, If you feel strongly about us using your household products, let us know and we’ll gladly incorporate them!

Do I need to be home?

Nope! You'll let us know how to enter, and we'll ensure to lock up upon leaving.There will be a checklist of completed tasks left for your viewing whenever you return.

Are squad members background checked?

Yes! Every member of the squad is background checked and insured. Should any concerns arise, please let us know!

Why is my card required to schedule a service? Will I be charged upfront?

When you book your service, we require a card to be placed on file so that your experience is smooth and seamless. Who wants to deal with invoices? This ensures that your service is closed as soon as the job is completed and you can go on about your day, worry free.

Your card is NOT CHARGED until the service has been completed. We do not accept cash for service payments.

The squad does not require tips, but that is greatly appreciated if you enjoyed their service.
